I'm trying to add tooltips to a chart like one featured here

I'd like to be able to use HTML tooltip or an equivalent component.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've tried onmouseover events but these do not supply facet data or the height of the bars. I've also tried using pointers but I could not get it to work with facets specifically.
