Disable appending unique suffix on conflicting file name by setting `'_appendUniqueSuffixOnOverwrite' => false,`. Default is true.

Types config to reproduce problem:
With this config (at least on Windows) thumbnails will not appear in browser. This is because
checkFilePathwill fail due to difference in trailing/in$rPathvs$this->typeDir.
