Gitsync v1alpha2 -> v1alpha1 conversion might loose data #849

The roundtrip-tests for Airflow and NiFi fail in case gitsync using private keys is configured.

A proper solution would be to add support for type changes to stackable-versioned (currently only field additions are supported)
