This commit updates the documentation to include splitwise-ts, a TypeScript SDK for interacting with the Splitwise API, in the list of available JavaScript SDKs. This addition helps developers discover and utilize the SDK more easily when integrating Splitwise into their JavaScript or TypeScript projects
