fix: keep the claim flow out of the hosted connector catalog
The hosted connector only publishes for a signed-in account, so its
submitted catalog no longer lists the space-key claim operations:
claimSpace, exchangeSpaceClaim, rotateSpaceKey, getSpaceClaimStatus,
createSpaceClaimReminder, and readAnonymousPublishOperation. A Space
published anonymously through the CLI or HTTP API is claimed in the
browser through its claim link.
Tool descriptions drop their space-key notes, and the Claude server
instructions drop the unclaimed-publish rules that hosted never reaches.1 parent 297ad1f commit ae35146
