What I'd like is a way to display price information in the following commands, possibly with a switch like --prices, as adding that information might get the output very cluttered.

• slcli hw create-options
• slcli vs create-optoins
• slcli order item-list

Things to take into implement:

• Hourly and Monthly prices
• Capacity restricted prices
• Possibly let user pick a location to display prices in?
