I started working on API document generation in Bolt for Python project: slackapi/bolt-python#263

We may want to add the similar one in this project too. To use the same library for webpage generation, we need to update some docstring to use Google style, not reStructuredText markup. Currently, some use Google-style while others use reStructuredText (the situation is mainly my bad).

In the process of building this, perhaps we can improve the docstring to be more useful for developers.
