Bug: OCI installation fails on ubuntu-26.04 runners (works on 24.04) #1123

Describe the bug
Testing our workflows with ubuntu-26.04 it seems that the installation of OCI fails:
✓ xmlwriter Enabled
✓ zip Enabled
✓ zlib Enabled
Error: The process '/usr/bin/bash' failed with exit code 1

(with OCI being the next one)

Fixed in 43362d1 and 65c3893. Will be in the next release.

Can confirm it works correctly with 2.40.0-beta 👍

Can also confirm: 2.40.0-beta with PHP 8.4 works fine in our CI (github), but only http extension installed

Released 2.40.0 with the fix.
