So, @cubandle has backported export functionality to v8.0.0 and v7.0.0. The procedure for exporting your data to import into the newest version is as follows:

• Update to one of the below APKs (they are named ".zip" due to GitHub file restrictions, rename to ".apk" when you download) based on your current version
• Export your data from the settings menu
• Uninstall Sobriety
• Install the newest version
• Import your data

This should work but if it doesn't, let me know in this thread.
