Attributes (like .verbose) cannot be assigned to bound methods. wiki.all_pages.verbose(since=n) is out of the question. (Unless I make those methods classes, and have the default behaviour be on __call__. But I don't think I hate myself that much.)

Attempting to create a second bound method which is reference by an attribute on the first bound method is a stupid idea.

wiki.all_pages.verbose(*args) Tried it, can't assign attribute to method

scuttle.verbose(wiki.all_pages, *args)
wiki.all_pages(*args, verbose=True) Unnecessary and disgusting
wiki.all_pages_verbose(*args) Equally disgusting; brutish
wiki.all_pages_(*args) Not explicit
wiki.verbose.all_pages(*args)
wiki.all_pages[0](*args) Really clean for generators, but not explicit
