Glad to hear that you are interested to contribute to scikit-learn and that you have read our contributing doc and in particular the section Issues for new contributors 🙌! To get a good overview of open-source contribution, I would suggest you look at the GitHub's How to contribute to Open-Source guide. Indeed there is no "good first issue" opened right now. I would suggest you look at labels like "Easy", "help wanted" and "Needs Investigation". In general, scikit-learn is a very mature project and may not be the best project to contribute to as a first project. Maybe you can find a smaller project to contribute to? Ouf of curiosity, how did you decide to look at scikit-learn in particular? |
