As @ctrueden pointed out in #42, some Ops (e.g. coloc.pValue) can be computationally expensive, and we should add progress reporting to those Ops.

We'll probably have to do a pass (or two) through the incubator's Ops to identify which ones need reporting, and then to actually add it.
