- Changed org.scalactic.opaques package as org.scalactic.opaquetypes .
- Added ensuringValid to opaquetypes.NonEmptyXXX classes.
- Added check to apply method of anyvals.NonEmptyString that takes String, without the checking we consider it a bug.
