Description

In the newly deployed demos app, all of the strategy inputs have a visual glitch. When entering a page with a strategy input, it looks like there is no value selected. However, it actually has a value - normal.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Go to any demo URL with a strategy select, e.g.:

https://www.rx-angular.io/demos/template/rx-let/basic

see the strategy input appears to be empty.

after clicking it just selects the default value normal instead of opening up an option list.
