My professional background is in Cloud Operations & Reliability. In my current role at Relativity, I am a senior technical analyst for our Azure platform, where my focus is on ensuring 99.9%+ availability. My daily work involves:

- Engineering our observability stack with New Relic, Prometheus, and Grafana.

- AI-Powered Log Analyzer (AWS): Built a full-stack Python app, provisioned all AWS infrastructure (EC2, IAM, S3) with Terraform, and built a complete CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions to deploy the Docker container.
- End-to-End CI/CD Pipeline (Azure): A zero-touch pipeline for Azure, provisioning the App Service and ACR with Terraform and deploying a Dockerized app with GitHub Actions.
- Kubernetes & Observability (AKS): Deployed a 3-node AKS cluster with Terraform, then used Helm to deploy Prometheus and Grafana for a complete monitoring stack.
- Config Management with Ansible: Used Terraform to provision a fleet of VMs, then wrote Ansible Playbooks with Jinja2 templates to automate their configuration and deploy NGINX.
