Motivation
The NAPI updates were deferred from #489 because @napi-rs/cli 3.9.1 changes generated-file formatting, causing the native binding consistency check to fail.

@napi-rs/clito 3.9.1,napito 3.12.4,napi-buildto 2.4.2, andnapi-deriveto 3.6.5. Regenerate the JS loader and TypeScript declarations with the updated toolchain so the checked-in files match the build output.Validated package and native builds, matching generated output across development and CI profiles,
pnpm check,pnpm test(374 passed, 1 skipped), spelling, Rust formatting, Clippy, and 11 Rust tests.
