This is personal scoop bucket.

How to install the apps from this bucket?

Run below command in PowerShell to add the bucket:

scoop bucket add kit https://github.com/rich1e/kit

Install apps from this bucket with below command:

scoop install kit/<app_name>

scoop install tomato/CapsLockIndicator
