last-update-sort doesn't work in repo issue sidebar links #9927

Description

The links in the new issue sidebar are correctly altered:

but if you left-click the, GitHub will just load its internally-defined view rather than our href value.

Not sure if we can do anything about this other than breaking the native loading, slowing it down
