GitHub has laid the groundwork for rewriting the page in React, starting with the header - which has broken a bunch of features.

Non-exhaustive list:

• clean-conversation-headers
• conversation-activity-filter
• jump-to-conversation-close-event
• sync-pr-commit-title
• clear-pr-merge-commit-message
• suggest-commit-title-limit
• locked-issue
• restore-file

As of right now, I don’t see any other issues reported about these except mine, so this change might be rolling out slowly, which is good for us.
