Until GitHub Discussions was introduced, I referred to "issues and PRs" as "discussions."

This needs to change because "discussions" now are their own thing.

GitHub internally refers to them both as "issues" or "issues and pull requests"

Perhaps:

• s/issue/issueOnly/
• s/pr/prOnly/
• s/discussion/issue/

or just

• s/discussion/issueOrPR/ - Example, kinda: 364d37b

Both solutions are super awkward
