Also fixed a small typo.
Also added a brief description for PyQt.
Tried to normalize with no Oxford commas.

Can we please avoid language that makes it harder for those reading the guide who are not native English speakers? enable, set, configure, anything like that would be 100x more obvious to a someone who's first language is not English.

enable wasn't quite a correct usage. I'll change it to set, that's better.
