This is the start of a lot of work to overhaul the test suite over to using https://httpbin.org/ for accurate payload integration tests.
standardwith ESLint, Prettier and@readme/eslint-config.mochaandistanbulwith Jest.CodeBuilderhas been slightly rewritten into being a properclass. Had to do this because it was dependent on strict-mode.
