Fixes #8340
Adds a Pitfall note to the React 19 Upgrade Guide warning developers
that rendering or inside a createRoot component tree is
not supported and causes a terminal infinite loop (browser freeze)
during event propagation such as input focus.
This is a common mistake when migrating from react-helmet to React 19's
native metadata hoisting.
