[Feature]: Enable the use of default comparer for ToSortedCollection聽#949

Describe the functionality desired 馃悶
I'd like to have the same thing implemented in #879 for the ToSortedCollection method in the library itself. For now, I created an extension method myself:
public static IObservable<IReadOnlyCollection<TObject>> ToSortedCollection<TObject, TKey>(this IObservable<IChangeSet<TObject, TKey>> source)
where TObject : notnull, IComparable<TObject>
where TKey : notnull => source.ToSortedCollection(Comparer<TObject>.Default);
Considerations
It would be nice to have this in the library as for the SortAndBind.
