  1. docs(profile): register the theme collection in Open source projects 

    The themes were only listed under Beyond the catalogs, as eight repos
named by hand. They are thirteen across three artifact classes, so they
get an entry in the projects section instead of a footnote.

Carries what the collection is, the three classes, the gallery, and the
shell class constitution, with five representative repos rather than all
thirteen, following the precedent that the section shows a sample and the
hub instead of an exhaustive list. Removes the superseded Beyond the
catalogs line so one stale count cannot outlive the other.
