  1. docs(profile): add the org map beyond the catalogs 

    Mirrors the map added to the claude-skills README, harmonized with what is
already here rather than duplicating it: the repo tables and the pairing
patterns stay untouched, and the new section does not restate the six
catalog rows.

Added as a sibling section rather than extending 'How the family fits
together'. That section is scoped to how the catalogs relate to each other,
subsets copying from the parent, widgets shipping code instead of docs, and
it closes on the MIT and Agent Skills standard that applies to all of them.
Folding the engines and the theme repos into it would have broken that
scope and buried the new material at the end of an argument about
something else.

Links only to public things, and the skills line points at the existing
sections instead of repeating them.

Every link crawl-checked. All resolve except rampstack.co/themes, which is
404 until the gallery index deploys; this PR is held at draft for that.

No lock file touched, LF preserved, SECURITY.md untouched.
