When PyTorch was built from source, ABI compatibility for C++ extensions is always guaranteed, provided the extensions are built with the same compiler. I assume the latter is practically always the case, so this PR checks if PyTorch was built from source and doesn't emit an ABI compatibility warning if so. This removes the warning for many of us.
