This pull request introduces a new attention operator microbenchmark workflow to the CI system, enabling automated benchmarking and reporting for attention-related operations. The main changes include adding a new GitHub Actions workflow, to add attention benchmarks to the existing Pytorch operator microbenchmark dashboard
