Map the stickup_cam_mini_v3 kind string to "Indoor Cam Plus" and include it in the siren, motion detection, and video capability sets, consistent with other indoor cam variants.

This adds support for the Ring Indoor Cam Plus, which reports its device kind as
stickup_cam_mini_v3. I followed the existing pattern for other supported indoor cam variants (stickup_cam_mini,stickup_cam_mini_v2).This was tested in a local Home Assistant deployment with 3 Ring Indoor Cam Plus units. All capabilities (motion detection, video, siren) work as expected and the devices are now correctly identified in the UI.
