This is a bug to track any changes needed to address upcoming changes with ReadTheDocs due in October.

I've run a quick search over our docs codebase and nothing seems to rely on html_baseurl or html_context, so I imagine everything will keep working? But maybe I'm missing something and the changes above need to be applied regardless...
