H200 reports child_num=2 but getChildDeviceList returns empty, C400 v2 cameras not discovered #1723

Description

The H200 integrates successfully into Home Assistant.

Third-Party Compatibility is enabled.

Kasa and Tapo plugs integrate correctly after enabling Third-Party Compatibility, so local communication appears to be working.

However, the C400 cameras are never exposed.

Attempting to add the cameras directly by IP results in:
