operating system: MacOS HighSierra 10.13.5

I am successfully printing tickets in an Epson TM-20ii, but I need to adapt the font size to feet a 80mm ticket with 36 columns filling the width of the ticket. I think the only possibility is to change the font face or set a custom size in the printer's font (width 2 or 3 didn't work neither with font a or b) one falls short and the other one too big.

What I need is the way to change to a custom font size in ppt or to another available font in the printer.

Is it possible?
