- sinkronisasi master ke branch 3.8 (dari terakhir PR merge ke master)
- rekap seluruh commits di bulan Oktober 2019.

penerjemahan berkas-berkas ".po" dengan 3 string. pengubahan hanya dilakukan di bagian `msgstr`, tanpa penambahan informasi penerjemah di berkasnya.
