Évitons les anglicismes quand un terme français existe, quitte à mettre le terme anglais entre parenthèses après.
Rappelons-nous que :
- utiliser le terme anglais fait croire que le concept n'existe pas en français. C'est extrêmement rare concernant Python ;
- il faut parfois utiliser des périphrases en français. Oui, mais la traduction n'est écrite qu'une fois et sera lue (espérons-le) de multiples fois.
Ainsi :
match : correspondance
flag : drapeau, bascule, indicateur
