Ce n'était pas fait de base parce que on s'était dit que ca ne changais pas grand chose, si un user ne l'a pas installé alors il aura une erreur, l'installe et relance et ca sera bon.
Mais c'est beaucoup plus propre comme ca alors 👍

Makefile does not verify if potodo exists.
This PR adds potodo in venv and ensures that lhe Makefile uses it.
