Creería que es intencionalmente interna, teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un proceso que se hace una vez por versión, pero a confirmar. |

Exacto. Como menciona @aandrea, -hasta donde tengo entendimiento- siempre fue una página interna y no tenía mucho sentido exponerlo en medio del CONTRIBUTING. |
