Estas tres palabras ya están agregadas al diccionario central, no es necesario agregarlas.
Quizás podrías eliminar el archivo:
git rm dictionaries/distutils_index.txt
git commit -m "quitando diccionario distutils/index"
git push origin traduccion-distutils-index
