You know you can run it locally? Pip install docutils and make pep-9999.hyml
I just upgraded to Catalina, my system is borked, but it's probably time I fix it. Thanks. |

Very good! I have some feedback but I will post it to the list instead. Once CI passes this draft can be merged.

But a new PEP number is needed. I have reserved 634-636, so this can be 637. Please make that change and then I will merge it. |

Originally proposed as PEP 472. Current PEP supersedes PEP 472 and proposes a leaner and clear semantics for the feature behavior.
