It's not clear what your goal here is, but the patch doesn't appear to actually make any changes other than to add an unused dependency to a support script and attempt to add a GitHub Actions workflow that will not do anything positive :). As such, I'm closing the PR. If you have a specific goal in mind, please open an issue on bugs.python.org to discuss it before opening a new PR. |
