Hi @BharatKambalur, thank you for your submission! Unfortunately, this is a duplicate of #17295, which is approved and only stalled on the CLA bot marking it as ready to merge.

I am going to close this one in favor of the other PR, but I do encourage you to continue submitting improvements to CPython as you find them!
