So, indeed - no Github Actions exist to test 15-bit case.

Yep, sorry for testing.

Again, I see no --enable-big-digits=15 case.

Wait, are you testing for actions or buildbots? If it is for bb the issue should be moved to their repo.

FYI, I just discovered there is no minutes limit on our Actions.

Both.

I'm not sure where this should be tested. This seems to be an important part of the core language. If it's useful to keep (IMO, this does make sense for 32-bit systems, see #89732) - then it should be tested in actions.
