This PR adds support for the
full_nameproperty for theUserandChatobjects (since both havefirst_nameandlast_nameproperties).Though I'm not sure if I should fallback to
self.titleinside theChatobject or just returnNonestraightforward (the property could become a shortcut to get full names for all chat types, like anameproperty). Suggestions are welcome.
