Test failures are a 404 in the read_epw_remote test. Seems like the same thing as this: NatLabRockies/EnergyPlus#9036, see my comment in that thread. Might want to xfail that test depending on what they say.

Sphinx output looks fine to me. There is some log noise about deprecated functions but I don't think there's any action needed there.
