Describe the bug
Referece list at the end of the pvlib.iotools.read_bsrn is weird as seen in screenshot below:

• [2-4] seem to not be linked, and
• there is a (1,2,3) in [2] and (1,2) in [3] that shouldn't be there I guess.

Expected behavior
Plain [1] to [4], each linking to corresponding element within th documentation with no numbers between ().

Additional context
Could be a good first issue for newbies. @aman-coder03 is a also a good candidate, following up on latest stint in #2680.
