For me it doesn't matter much. When creating a release manually on github you can also create these sort of lists. |

Sort of, it would only list the PRs on the current repo instead of all of them. |

This will make an automatically generated release from a tag look like this:
I did not screenshot everything, but it includes all the PRs that were merged to every repo listed in the ps2dev readme with the person that made it since the last release.
