The "reference.zip" is an important part of the Processing distribution build. We want to move that file out of GitHub in its current place in https://github.com/processing/processing/tree/master/java. We want to generate this file on the server through the Generate script and include it in .gitignore. I think it should have it's own isolated script in Generate. @benfry
