Permission request in wallpapers and watch faces is broken #721
Description
The changes in this commit 85fe852#diff-d93412275e0c6963c3311f8b1bce14765eb5fadc36da6a7561c9aa78fe23b5ea to update the mode to AndroidX made the PSurfaceNone.getContext() to return null if the app kind was wallpaper or watch face.
