Currently, such workflows are stored in https://github.com/process-analytics/github-actions-playground/ which is a playground, not a place to store such workflows.

They should be stored and documented (#27) here:

Then, we will able to remove the workflows from the other repository: process-analytics/github-actions-playground#229

Notes

Surge deployments management (purge + list/purge single) workflows are now stored in a dedicated repository https://github.com/process-analytics/surge.sh-pa-admin. We could reference them in the README.
