Sync eslint additional dep version with eslint repo rev

https://github.com/pre-commit/mirrors-eslint requires listing the version in two places as follows:

```yaml
-   repo: https://github.com/pre-commit/mirrors-eslint
    rev: v8.54.0
    hooks:
    -   id: eslint
        additional_dependencies:
        -    eslint@8.54.0
```

Could this tool sync the two?
