Set an SMTP username different from admin_email #878
It would be useful to be able to define something like:
$CONF['admin_smtp_username'] = 'abcdxyz';
for all cases where the username is not the same as the sender email (admin_email).
For example, in my case I need to use an AWS SES SMTP account for sending, and the username consists of alphanumeric characters that do not match the verified identity of the sender domain.
in which case i think you'll just need another parameter to be passed into that function (and corresponding config setting, which presumably would default to whatever $from is unless the config setting is populated)
